Moth World reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders placed for products listed with incorrect information, price or availability.


We ship to EU countries. Domestic shipping (FINLAND) is set at a standard rate of 5,9€ per order and the rest of the EU 20€ per order. We hold no responsibility for possible customs fees and/or additional charges that may occur.

PICK-UPS FROM THE SHOP ARE FREE.

Choose the option: “PICK-UP/NOUTO” when checking out.

Add a phone number to your order and/or dm us (instagram @mothlyf), so we can set up a time for your pick-up.

Returns

-Always contact us first before making a return, we are glad to help you through the process of making a return or any other issue there might be.

-The buyer will receive a refund for the same (€) amount as the returned goods, not including shipping costs.   

-All returns are made at the cost of the buyer and must be made within 14 days of receiving the purchased goods.

-Picked up goods cannot be refunded and/or returned after they have been released to the buyer.

-Returned goods must be in the same condition as they were sent in.


PRODUCTS ARE MARKED THE FOLLOWING WAY TO CLARIFY CONDITION:

MOST PRODUCTS ARE SECOND HAND AND SHOW SIGNS OF WEAR. SECOND HAND PRODUCTS MAY HAVE MINOR STAINS ETC.

In the case that something sucks or is gross, contacting us and making a return is totally cool and smooth! 

We get that its a bummer to get excited about something, wait for it in the mail, open the package up and suddenly feel gross and stressed and bad and sad, as you realize what you bought sucks and you hate it. Most folks have probably felt this at one time or another, but hopefully not with us, hopefully never with us.
